I feel like I've been in a coma the past week. Maybe people didn't realize it.....and maybe I feel this way because I'm heading into a nice, long string of shifts at the hospital in the next week and a bit......that sort of thing could send anyone into coma-mode.
But I feel like I'm starting to wake up.
All in all, I hope that all who read this will know that God is good. I know that His distance (or what we perceive as distance) can create tension in our own minds, but I know that he also wants the best for us......and I've learned that, even though difficult to do during certain distant 'seasons,' we need to cling to Him.
Seriously, I'm such a blessed individual. I've travelled to places and seen things that I never would have imagined at this age. I've met people and learned lessons that have been irreplaceable. And I've laughed (the most important of the blessings), sometimes to the point of my abdominals getting an intense workout. What a blessing! Oh, and I have funny friends.....who are also very encouraging and quite brilliant as well! And I live beside the mountains (a picture of my neighborhood above). When it isn't raining....the mountains are just stunning.
All in all, very blessed, learning to grow, and maybe also needing to share this 'love' a little more with others. May you feel the love today!!
