The Texas Refridgerator

So, yesterday evening I went to a restaurant called The Frogstone Grill. There are two restaurants in this small (what I like to call) chain. There is one in Maple Ridge and one in Coquitlam.....which is the one we were at. I was getting hungry by the time we got there, and I ordered this sandwich called the 'texas refridgerator.' I must say that the name of the sandwich actually does do it justice, because this sandwich was filled with all of the love that a fridge could provide. It starts with a couple slices of foccacia bread.....possibly the key ingredient. It then was PILED high with nice thick ham, strips of chicken and a couple slices of bacon. Then some cheddar and mozzarella cheeses delicately melted. To top if off, some lettuce, tomato and red pepper mayo. This sandwich was so large that I needed to use every little appendage on both of my hands to hold it together.....and it was so meaty and delicious.....a vegetarian's nightmare. So, if you are NOT a vegetarian and would like to escort (or join me) for another run at the 'texas refridgerator,' just give me a call. I will gladly go again......
